Steps below for configuring Gmail on Outlook / Mail Clients.
 
POP access is disabled by default.

Here's how to enable POP in Gmail:



1.             Sign in to Gmail.

2.             Click the   gear in the top right.

3.             Select Settings. 
4.        Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
5.           Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on and Choose what to do with your messages after your POP client or device receives them.



6.           Click Save Changes.( If your POP settings are turned off, the status will indicate that POP is disabled.) 
7.      Users must check on         https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps  

If "Access for less secure apps" has been turned on/off. "Turn on" access for less secure apps for Outlook / Mail clients to be configured. 


      


  

Outlook


1) Open Outlook
2. Click the Manual Setup menu.
3). Then select POP or IMAP menu.
4) Use the given information in video  to configure POP with your mail client.  
5)   Use Advance menu Information.

6. Click next  and logon window prompt , Click oK done success 😊😊😊
